  ‐ Machining Operations: Operate and manage machining centers.
  - Guidance and Training: Provide hands-on guidance and technical training to team members.
  - Data Creation: Develop machining programs based on technical blueprints.
  - Quality Control: Ensure all machining data and processes meet quality standards.
  - Collaboration: Work closely with both Japanese and Vietnamese teams to improve operational efficiency.
  - Problem Solving: Address and resolve any machining issues that arise during production.
  - Other tasks assigned by managers.
