  One of our clients, which is Manufacturing of Cutting Tool products, is now looking for Sales Assistant Manager.
  
  New Clients : Existing Clients = 90% : 10%
  Clients: Factory of Manufacturing Firm (Japanese, Chinese)
  Company Product : Cutting Tool
  Region: Vietnam (Mainly North)
  Report to Japanese Sales Manager in Japan
  Manage : Current branch staffs (total 3)

  - Creating KPI and sales plan, strategy
  - Reporting to Japanese Sales Manager in Japan
  - Managing current branch staffs (total 3)
  - Expanding new client
  - Cold call and E-mail magazine
  ※ Sales Strategy will be discussed with candidate with their experience and skills
