  - Manage potential customers
  - Approach loyal customers and customers lloking for service
  - Support managing customers at display events and customers visiting the showroom
  - Advise customers at Showrooms and Events
  - Assist in guiding customers to park their car when arriving at the Showroom
  - Welcoming, guiding and sending off customers
  - Analyze customer needs
  - Introduce and explain product features to customers
  - Participate in test driving with customers
  - Negotiate on prices and carry out transactions with customers
  - Manage vehicle delivery to customers
  - Support after delivering the car to the customer
  - Manage spare parts and accessories for vehicles
  - Support PDS implementation
  - Support PDI implementation
  - Supervise and implement 5S
  - Other tasks assigned by Manager
