  - Identifying and sourcing potential clients and partners for rental/lease of apartments in Ho Chi Minh City
  - Introducing and showing properties to clients based on their requirements
  - Preparing quotations, contracts, and other necessary documents for clients and partners
  - Reviewing rental/service fees, tracking accounts receivable, and sending payment requests to clients regularly
  - Reporting regularly or on-demand to direct supervisors and headquarters in Hanoi
  - Building a database of potential companies/partners to introduce services
  - Gaining a deep understanding of available apartments and services in Ho Chi Minh City, especially new properties
  - Handling urgent requests and resolving issues for clients
  - Collaborating with the team to meet business goals
  - Handling other tasks as assigned by the office in Ho Chi Minh City or management
