    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for connecting clients with industry experts. Your role involves understanding clients' needs and identifying the right experts to meet them. Juggling multiple projects will help you develop essential skills in sales, time management, negotiation, and professional communication

    【Main responsibilities】
    - Reviewing client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conducting high-level industry and company research to identify relevant experts.
    - Utilizing phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to engage with industry experts.
    - Screening experts to assess their suitability and relevance, focusing on quality.
    - Scheduling interviews between clients and experts and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
    - Working experience in client service or related roles (fresher acceptable)
    - Fluency in English; N2 and above proficiency in Japanese is essential.
