  ‐ Lead and manage one subordinate, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
  ‐ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  ‐ Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  ‐ Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
  ‐ Work closely with the Sales Manager to set goals and objectives for the sales team.
  ‐ Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
  ‐ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  ‐ Ensure that sales processes and policies are followed effectively within the team.
  ‐ Assist in the negotiation and closing of major deals.
  ‐ Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal and team skills.
