One of our clients, the amusement company, is looking for an assistant for GD.【Job details】- Assist the Director in scheduling, managing tasks, attending meetings, and keeping track of meeting outcomes. - Coordinate with related departments to update working progress and regularly report to the Director on company activities.- Provide interpretation support (Vietnamese-Japanese) during meetings, negotiations, and interactions between the Japanese Director and Vietnamese partners or clients.- Prepare meetings between the Director and clients, accompany the Director to meet clients, and introduce the company's products and services.- Assist in scheduling and organizing the Director’s meetings with partners and clients.- Translate documents, reports, contracts, and correspondence between the company and its partners or clients.- Support the Director in preparing documents, reports, contracts, and related paperwork.- Going on business trips (domestic/abroad)- Assist the Director with administrative tasks such as booking flights, hotels, and taxis, and liaising with banks and other regulatory agencies.- Perform other related tasks as required by the Director.【Attractive points】- You can work in a responsible position at a newly established company.- You can utilize your language skills.- This is a group company of the biggest company which is listed in Japan, so the environment is very good.- You can work with a big responsibility to this organization.
