    【Job Summary】
    Responsible for acting as a knowledge broker between our clients and Japanese industry experts. Your roles are two-fold:
    - To identify Japanese experts with the most relevant experience to fill our client knowledge gap.
    - To recruit Japanese experts proactively to expand our Japanese expert network.

    【Main responsibilities】
    - Review client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conduct high-level industry and company research to identify the most relevant Japanese experts.
    - Utilizing phone, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other tools to connect with experts
    - Critically screening experts for their suitability and relevance to address a client’s needs with an emphasis on quality.
    - Think critically and fast, conduct high-level research into industries and companies, and identify the best experts ensuring they have the most relevant experience and knowledge to address our clients’ questions.
    - Spend a reasonable amount of time reaching out to potential experts via phone and email to assess whether they possess the relevant experience and knowledge, before connecting them with our clients.
    - Act as a knowledge broker between our clients and Japanese industry experts.
    - Working on multiple projects at once, you will quickly develop core skills in sales, time management & prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication skills.
    - A client service mentality, which means you are committed to going beyond your client’s needs to deliver true value.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
    - 0-3 years of work experience in client service or related roles.
    - Fluency in Japanese, can use English for internal communication, and work in emails.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to perform high-level research and critical thinking.
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    - Intermediate and above proficiency in English
