  One of our clients, which provides construction materials such as doors and shutters, is now looking for a Sales Executive.
  
  - Market: South Vietnam
  - Client: Construction company in Vietnam and South Asia (Singapore, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos)
  - New clients: Existing clients = 2:8
  
  [What you will be working on]
  - Contact and promote the company’s products to Architects, Developers, Main-Contractors and Consultants.
  - Make a strategy (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for marketing Design door, and new products to the clients.
  - Assess customer's needs, explain and demonstrate technical descriptions and purposes.
  - Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
  - Effectively plan sales and services activities in assigned territory to ensure that sales plans and targets are achieved.
  - Resolve problems with products and services if any in a short time and effectively.
  - Other tasks assigned by a manager
