• Job Description

  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for the accounting department's activities
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  - Responsible for accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, credit card expense report reconciliations, cash applications, collections, and payroll.
  - Oversee month-end closing, cash management reports, and balance sheet submissions.
  - Coordinate and manage the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections.
  - Define internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
  - Review payroll taxes and ensure timely payment of payroll and corporate taxes through the payroll service provider.
  - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as bank reports.
  - Conduct meetings with the accounting firm in Vietnamese.
  - Doing some admin tasks
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Japanese Manager.
