  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for collecting, tracking, and recording the financial position of the company
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  - Check all the documents relevant to the purchase.
  - Ensuring payment request, invoices and supporting documents relating to Accounts payables are completely filed & approved by appropriate level of management.
  - Collect VAT invoice and Record AP, AR transactions into Accounting system.
  - Check and input sales entries into accounting system, Issue VAT invoice.
  - Follow up on collecting debt.
  - Allocating Pre-paid expenses.
  - Record fixed assets and calculate monthly depreciation expense.
  - Follow up and record accrual entries.
  - Calculate and Declare FCT tax.
  - Inventory count at month-end and year-end.
  - Assist Chief Accounting with month-end closing.
  - Storage of accounting documents.
  - Preparing monthly cashflow report, compare actual costs with budgets.
  - Support and provide document evidence for annual audit.
  - Support in preparing CIT declaration and Transfer Pricing documents.
  - Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant
