    【Job Summary】
    - The responsibility of the lead engineer is to summarize tasks of engineers and lead the project (Technical lead) and take the bridge SE between the Vietnamese team & Japanese development department side
    - Development and maintenance of some document capturing software related to multifunction devices. Some of its module will be implemented as a plug-in on MFP

    - Developing and maintaining document capturing software that operates on the multifunction devices
    - Debugging and evaluation will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators
    - The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high-quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards
    - Lead the development planning, operation, and quality assurance of the project

  • 応募条件

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University with major in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience (Relevant technology certifications)
    - Minimum of 3 years management experience in software development for or experience as a software engineer for 5 years or more
    - Good communication in Japanese (from N2 advanced) and and English fluently - spoken, listening, and written.
    - Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
    - Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a founding member of the company

    <PREFER>
    - JavaScript, Java experience is preferred
    - Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferrable
