    <Must>
    - Graduated from Universities specializing in IT/Mathematics and Computer Science.
    - Over 3 years of experience developing web systems using PHP.
    - Experience and understanding of all stages of the software development process (starting from requirement gathering).
    - At least 1 year of experience as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) for software projects with Japanese clients.
    - Fluent in Japanese

    <Prefer>
    - Having studied or worked in Japan is a plus.
