  The Fabric Product Department sells fabrics to Japanese companies in Vietnam, Myanmar or Bangladesh

  - Create documents for export and import (e.g., invoices, packing lists, shipping details).
  - Support customs clearance and ensure compliance with regulations.
  - Solve problems related to import/export rules and taxes.
  - Plan and manage transport schedules.
  - Track delivery timelines and work with suppliers and logistics partners.
  - Find solutions to avoid delays in shipments.
  - Choose the best shipping methods (by sea, air, or land).
  - Negotiate prices and contracts with transport companies.
  - Check shipping costs and suggest ways to save money.
  - Create quotes and manage shipment budgets.
  - Communicate with clients about progress and answer their questions.
  - Work closely with other teams (e.g., Sales, Purchasing, and Production) to ensure smooth operations.
