  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for management of Finance.
  
  【Job description】
  - Supporting the Senior managers in the tasks relating to on-going development projects in Vietnam market (i.e., reviewing legal docs, updating overall timeline, negotiation/finalization/execution, and closing of NDA, LOI, MOU, Term-sheets, JAV, SPA, SHA…).
  - Coordinating between the company’s relevant teams with those of the partners in monitoring the schedule of the ongoing projects (construction, sales & marketing, handover…).
  - Communicating with the agents or the third parties to obtain and access investment opportunities as well as validate assumptions in financial models.
  - Conducting background research and initial due diligence on potential partners and projects.
  - Preparing financial models and initial investment appraisal documents for internal review and evaluation.
  - Performing general research and analysis relating to macroeconomics, geopolitics, and regulations…
  - Translating/interpreting the contents relating to ongoing/potential projects and taking meeting minutes when required.
