    HR Strategy
     Work closely with senior leaders to understand the company's strategy, challenges, and opportunities related to people. Develop and implement targeted strategies, operational models, processes, policies, services, and tools to support these needs.
     Offer HR advice and support on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design. HR Business Partner (HRBP)
     Engage with the company's commercial operations to identify and overcome any limitations in current structures. Encourage a growth mindset and propose innovative solutions to drive business progress.
     Understand and anticipate business needs and challenges, providing HR solutions that enhance business value.
     Collaborate with stakeholders to boost commercial performance by designing incentive schemes and developing competitive, motivating compensation programs.
     Analyze workforce data and trends to create strategies that improve organizational performance.
     Lead talent acquisition efforts to align with business needs and attract top talent.
     Oversee succession planning, career development, and performance management processes.
     Identify leadership development needs and implement programs to enhance leadership and organizational capabilities.
     Mentor and coach managers to improve their leadership skills and effectiveness. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee relations issues and providing guidance on HR matters.
     Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement activities.
     Lead change management efforts, guiding the organization through transformations and ensuring smooth transitions.
     Develop and implement communication plans to support change initiatives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}
    - Graduated from University
    - English skill: At least Upper - Intermediate level (Prefer Ielts 6.5 +)
    - Minimum of 5 years working experience in a HRBP role for FDI companies that has at least 2-3 locations in Vietnam.
    - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of commercial operations and a demonstrated
    ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and in multicultural environments
    - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    - Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
    - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
