    【Job Summary】
    We are the IT company providing construction system for Japanese company.
    Now, we are looking for a new back office staff.

    【Job detail】
    - Reporting to the Department of Labor
    - Cooperation with the accounting office
    - Handling requests for image processing as they come in
    - Setting up interview dates with candidates
    - Flight and hotel reservations for business travelers
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜Must＞
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese: N3 certificate.
    - Having more than 2 years of experience working as an Accounting staff. (Including the other admin and HR tasks is highly advantageous)

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Having experience using illustration or Photoshop.
    - Having experience working in a venture company.
