  • Job Description

    Advanced Technical Sales Support (50%)
    • Collaborate closely with the regional team and a group of equipment vendors to develop a comprehensive technical proposal that fully meets customer demands within the ecosystem.
    • Continuously update the robot application to align with the current demands of the Vietnam market.
    • Assist in the development of technical proposals, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and ensuring technical accuracy in all sales documentation.
    • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
    • Collaborate with technical service team to provide prompt troubleshooting support for customers, both online and on-site.
    Sales activities (30%)
    • Drive marketing activities, sales efforts, and product consultations to effectively reach and engage target customers
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to close deals.
    • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.Internal
    Project Management (20%)
    • Oversee small and medium robot automation projects from initial feasibility studies through to the complete handover of the entire package to the customer.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
    • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}
    - Bachelor's Degree, major Mechatronic/Electromechanical, automation or relation.
    - At least 3 -4 years as Technical Sales Consultant, Field Application Engineer in robotics field.
    - Having experience in robotic applications or other automated systems
    - English: Upper - Intermediate level
    - A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communication and motivation skills
    - Ability to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
    - Willingness to travel to sites if required.
    - Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus

    {PREFER}
    - Having Korean/Chinese skill will be advantage.
