Job Description
【Job Summary】
- Responsible for supporting the company's food business activities (seafood, frozen fruits, condiments, dried foods).

- Actively search for and work with potential clients from various sources.
- Propose new, suitable products for customers.
- Work with suppliers and partners to develop new products based on company and client requirements.
- Introduce and promote the company’s raw materials and spices to factories, partners, and potential clients.
- Manage and follow new projects as required by the company.
- Assist with office tasks when necessary (testing samples, labeling, packing, shipping samples, organizing samples, booking cars/air tickets, etc.).
- Work with customers on contracts, agreements, annexes, acceptance reports, tracking tables, etc.
- Support market research, track new product trends across countries, and prepare reports, and presentations.
- Monitor production progress and orders to ensure shipping schedules. Schedule and arrange transportation.
- Work with suppliers and forwarders to get quotes, and calculate product costs.
- Find suppliers and support QA/QC in auditing factories in Vietnam to identify good supply sources.
- Assist QC in checking paperwork, certificates, standards, test results, production processes, ingredients, etc., to ensure products meet client requirements.
- Support the creation of new recipes combining international cuisines, especially Asian cuisines (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam).
- Carry out tasks assigned by the management and support other related tasks required by the company.
- Report content and progress to direct managers and the director.

Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (fluent in all four skills: interpreting for meetings, emails, reports, phone conversations, and face-to-face work with Japanese clients)
- Proficient in English
- At least 2 years experience living or working in Japan and/or working directly with Japanese partners.
- Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail).
- Able to go on the business trips

- Graduated with a major related to food or business management.
- Knowledge/experience in sales, import-export, economics, finance, or accounting. Quick with numbers.English Level
