<Job Summary>
One of the most famous construction and real estate developer in Japan, is looking for a "Administrative cum Legal Manager".
This company serves as a link between the head office in Japan and each group company in Vietnam.
Then, various projects are outsourced from this company to each group company in Vietnam.
<Job description (details)>
1. Legal:
- Manage contracts and legal documents with each group company
- Gather information on legal updates
- Review contracts (communicating with lawyers if necessary)
2. General Affairs:
- Handle various administrative procedures in relation with the authorities including applications and and reports
- Prepare and update the Charter and internal regulations of the company in accordance with amendments of the laws or changes in internal policies
- Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to GA, HR and legal matters and organize the SOPs of the company
- Prepare and update various internal formats
3. HR:
- Update Internal Labour Regulations of the company in accordance with amendments of the laws or changes in internal policies
- Make and update salary table and performance evaluation system
- Handle recruitment activities and to train staffs
- Supervise VISA, work permit and TRC procedures for Japanese staff
4. Other:
- Manage Administrative Department of the company
5. Other tasks assigned by General Director or General Manager

応募条件
<Must>
- Bachelor's degrees related to Law or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of working experience in Legal field (Law firms, In-house legal affairs etc.)
- At least 10 years of working experience in Administrative (HR, General Affairs, Legal, Labor Relations, Secretary etc.) field
- Have experience working for a Japanese company
- English: Upper-Intermediate level
- PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
<Prefer>
- Qualified attorney
- Have experience working in Japanese law firms and legal departments.
- Having experience in Administrative department for real estate business, especially office building for lease
- Have good leadership as a manager and to become a management personnel of the company in the future
- Able to work with strong sense of responsibility to accomplish tasks and solve issues
- Self-motivated and proactive to work, dedicated person to improve the company
- Have high awareness of internal control and compliance and ability to manage risks
- Have good communication skills with others inside and outside of the company
- Have knowledge of regulations and laws in Vietnam, especially for those related to the job or our business field英語
