- Manage and operate domestic sales activities (planning, AP implementation, progress management, etc.).
- Manage and develop domestic sales team.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers (especially maintain and strengthen relationships with the seafood industry).
- Develop new customers and expand sales channels (expand sales channels by attracting customers outside the seafood industry).
- Promote smooth sales activities through coordination with other departments (sales administration, logistics, etc.).
- Support Sales Director, report activities regularly (progress management, performance measurement, improvement suggestions, etc.).

- More than 5 years Sales experience in the seafood or food industry
- Management experience
- Good communication in Japanese (N2 level)
