Related to Amorphous Metals business:
- Could understand electrical data of distribution transformer
- Understand the customers structure, key decision making person and factor related our products (purchasing, designing, technical performance of product)
- Collaborate with customers sales and marketing team to introduce our technology to market and end users.
- Understand and favour have connection with EVN and EVN Power Companies (EVNHN, EVNNPC, CPC, SPC, EVNHCMCPC) and provincial power companies.
- Visit customers monthly to update
- Collaborate with our engineers to support customers in production related technical issue, Arrange necessary engineering meetings and factory visit to support customers.
Related to Steel Rolls:
- Could understand basic drawing and mechanical properties of products
- Working with customers and agent to understand customers need, target price and performance of products to win competition and get orders.
- Have knowledge about construction steel companies, industry and manufacturing.
- Quick respond to customers by coordinate with factory in Japan for technical issues and target price
- Meet customers to get information monthly and arrange engineering meetings with new customers when necessary coordinate with our engineers from head quarter.
Related to flexible cable products:
- Understanding about port, factories cranes cables replacement business and customers.
- Meeting customers, end users to get market information, requirement monthly, quarterly.
- Quick support of technical question, quotation requirement by communication with Japan head quarter counterpart.
- Understand the competition, to reach target price, support agent to get order.
Related to supporting other products magnet wire, magnet and other products including new products, new customers development:
- Understand industrial, electrical, materials products and production.
- Know and find information source to get customers information (FDI, investment news, bidding website, import export website, industrial zone list, industrial association…)
- Identify potential customers, application of materials and products.
- Contact new customers by email, phone call to setup first meeting, maintain contact and understand customers need and requirement, get inquiry.
Related to managing, reports
- Make monthly report of sales and activities to each products managers and to Chief rep. office and Sales Director.
- Make plan and strategy for whole market of each products and activites to achieve target set together with products managers, Chief rep. and Sales Director.
- Arrange necessary internal meetings including technical and sales, brainstorming to support problem solving.
- Have Customers management method to track actions and result.
- Support and educating Sales staff to achieve officice sale and activities target.
- Collect market and customers information to make budget information quarterly, annually.

- Graduated from University, prefer Technical Majors such as Electrical or related majors.
- English: Upper - Intermediate level
- At least 7-10 years experience in Sales & Marketing Department
- Having experience in team management.
- Having Sales experience to for manufacturing company.
- Knowledge to deal with electric power market.
- Good at communication skill.
