<Job Summary>First, you will join the headquarters and undergo training in Japan for about six months.After joining the company, you will receive training at the headquarters until June 2025 to deepen your understanding of ERP system's products and the progress of implementation projects, and gain practical experience.<Job detail>-Sales MeetingsConduct meetings with new clients to understand their management challenges and objectives for system implementation while demonstrating the ERP system.Identify specific system issues and propose solutions using ERP system parameters and case studies from existing clients to address the gaps.-ERP system Implementation SupportFor clients in the implementation phase, gather insights on their business processes and determine the operational flow for ZAC.Collect feedback from relevant departments, including Sales, Finance, and Management Accounting, during the evaluation phase.Respect the opinions of all departments and support the project to ensure appropriate decision-making aligns with the objectives of ZAC implementation.Prepare the master data for ERP system and make adjustments to parameter settings according to operational needs.-Customer SupportProvide support to clients during the operational phase, including assistance with monthly closing processes, integration with related systems, and resolving operational challenges.-Manual CreationCreate documentation for Vietnamese companies based on the user manuals and documents for the ERP system developed in Japanese.<Attractive>- You will gain a lot of experience as you participate in the launch of the project.- Since 2018, we have made strong team and profit with offshore projects.
