【業務内容】
・訪越顧客対応:顧客の訪越に際する全般的な対応業務(80%)
- アテンド業務:訪問先の案内、送迎手配、スケジュール調整、食事場所の選定および予約など。
- 面接会同席:顧客企業と候補者の面接に同席し、翻訳・通訳、サポート業務を担当。
- イベント運営:現地イベントの計画および運営、進行のサポート、参加者のフォローアップ、フィードバック収集。
- 訓練所運営:顧客要望に基づく研修プログラムの企画・実施、訓練生の管理・指導、報告書の作成など。
・法人運営(総務、経理、人事補佐)(20%)
- 法人全体の総務業務:備品管理、施設の清掃管理、オフィスレイアウトの整備、福利厚生のサポートなどのサポート
- 経理業務:請求書処理、経費精算、月次・年次の決算補助、予算管理、出納管理のサポート
- 人事補佐:採用活動支援、従業員の労務管理、人材育成計画のサポート、社内イベントの計画・運営、社員の給与・福利厚生手続きの補助等のサポート

Related to managing, reports- Make monthly report of sales and activities to each products managers and to Chief rep. office and Sales Director. - Make plan and strategy for whole market of each products and activites to achieve target set together with products managers, Chief rep. and Sales Director. - Arrange necessary internal meetings including technical and sales, brainstorming to support problem solving. - Have Customers management method to track actions and result. - Support and educating Sales staff to achieve officice sale and activities target.- Collect market and customers information to make budget information quarterly, annually.
