    - Prepare Customer Due Diligence (CDD) form using customer information and personal IDs with high carefulness
    in inputting information, checking evidence and judging the result based on the rule.
    - Communicate with PIC in BP for each customer when the evidence is not sufficient.
    - Communicate with HO departments with customer in Japanese to obtain customer or private information.
    - Transit excel basis CDD process to Access centralized data base.
    - Other related duties instructed by the Management.

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}
    1. Graduated from Univeristy with major finanance, banking, economics or related.
    2. Japanese: Having JLPT N1 holder.
    3. English: At least Upper - Intermediate level.
    4. At least 3 years of working experience in sales, sales admin, sales support, customer service, consulting or related experience.
    5. Good at Microsoft Excel, Word
    6. High team work spirit and responsibility, careful & hard working

    - Having experience in banking or finance consulting firm.
