【Job Summary】- Responsible for sales activities and Marketing plan 【Job description】- Assist General Manager/ Sales & Marketing Manager in Sales and Marketing activities- Act as key account with customers on sales budget, sales forecast, sales support, sales review- Corporate with Accounting team to follow distributor’s account receivable- Have idea about Sales & Marketing plan to support customers- Coordinate with Production/ Logistics team to monitor purchase orders, keeping track of purchase orders- Making cost reports- Maintain regular contact with customers by exchanging information through telephone, fax, e-mail, customers visit and by following-up to ensure problems or claims are solved/ corrected in a timely manner Manage After-sales support activities by following-up Purchase orders to ensure satisfactory completion of contract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc.) and by troubleshooting problems in a timely manner- Support team to archive the target- Periodically conduct market survey on competitors/ pricing/ products…- Responsible for customers' events (local events, seminars...)- Keep BOD reported by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommend changes- Other tasks assigned by GM and Manager in charge.【Company/Job Attraction】- Opportunity to learn and improve sales skill with international standards.- Work in an international, dynamic and friendly environment- Salary review (1 per year), bonus (2 times per year)- The opportunity to work in a large corporation, nice background for future career path
