  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for receiving orders from customers processing orders, and related activities.
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  1. Receive orders from customers and process orders
  - Domestic orders:
  ・Prepare contracts for customers
  ・Prepare warehouse release note; Book shipping
  ・Contact with production department to schedule deliveries to customers
  - Export orders:
  ・Book ship; Prepare documents for export shipments (Invoice, Packing list, other related documents)
  
  2. Control inventory and related costs:
  - Control inventory, & plan to coordinate goods between warehouses in accordance with the sales plan of the Sales
  - Control and optimize warehouse rental costs and monthly shipping costs.
  - Make a list of forecasted monthly production quantities for each product code, in accordance with the information requested
