  【Job Summary】
  - We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse assistant Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Outbound Team
  - You're responsible for correcting and resolving the problems arising to ensure out bound delivery to customers is propely managed without delay and full capabilities to fulfill any requirements on out bound team.
  - You are required to report to Manager and BODs:
  progress of loading
  suggestion to change cut off time by progress of picking
  check WMS reflect result correctly or not.
  - You are required to manage the team in the specific follwoing jobs related to Outbound operation;
  Out-bound team inform to Uway, cut off and loading time
  Uway arrange delivery route and send to LA
  delivery route confirmation
  prints out the Packing List & Internal Delivery Note
  check quantity of Oricon and case
  in case mismatch, finder will seek unloaded goods in staging area
  update result to WMS data

  - To build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  - To develop effective policies, procedures, and workflow processes for the warehouse operations.
  - To monitor staffs' performance, provide coaching/feedback, and motivate employees to achieve desired goals.
  - Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.
  - Managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
  - Applying extensive knowledge of warehousing methods and principles to maintain optimal inventory levels at all times.
  - Other tasks assigned by manager and BOD.
