【Job Summary】
- Responsible for Business supervision, New customer development, and Business promotion with existing customers.
【Main responsibilities
1. Business supervision:
- Establish and promote business strategies (regardless of old or new) based on the company's medium and long-term strategy.
- Expand branch-level business
- Establish a business strategy plan according to the FMS integrated business model and implement this plan.
- Promote the expansion of FMS integrated business.
2. New customer development:
- Establish a business strategy to target new customers based on the company's medium and long-term strategy.
- Exploit new customer routes to find ways to increase sales revenue.
- Collect business information and control business activities related to new customers (customer management/profit management).
- Exploit new customer routes, exchange business information and information on customer needs with related departments, and develop new customers.
- Collect business information related to new customers.
3. Business promotion with existing customers:
- Establish a business strategy for existing customers based on the company's medium and long-term strategy.
- Grasp customer needs and promote business activities to increase sales revenue for the existing customer market.
- Collect business information and control business activities related to existing customers (customer management/profit management).
- Exchange business information and customer needs information with relevant departments, maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

- Graduated from college or university in any majors
- From 3 years as a sales manager, specializing in providing operation service/ facility management services for shopping centers or large facility environments
- Good communication in English
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Being able to travel for work regularly.
