One of our clients, which is a trading company, is now looking for a sales staff.
【Job detail】
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. (New Clients: Existing Clients = 95% : 5%. Almost clients are their Japanese HQ's clients in Japan)
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear team and individual sales targets and monitor performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
- Identify training needs and organize development programs for the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovative sales techniques.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
